The issue with the Quality Assurance module of our registrant self-serve portal preventing registrants from accessing the new Continuing Education Cycle has finally been resolved by our database provider.
Dental Technicians can now login to their online account and enter any continuing education credits they have earned for the current cycle. Please note that you can only claim credits for CE that was obtained after March 1, 2020 in your current record.
We apologize for any inconvenience the system glitch may have caused, and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we dealt with the situation.
