In early December, the College implemented additional security features in the Registrant Self-service System. The update required all registrants to reset all passwords and set up three security questions.
To access your online account, click "Forgot Password" to have a new temporary password emailed.
Once logged in, you will need to change this temporary password and set new additional security questions. Your new password must include at least one of the following: capital letter, number, special character. Further it must not contain your first name, last name, birthdate, address, city, province, country, postal code or commonly used words like “password”.
When logging on in the future, you will be asked to answer a security question to confirm your identity.
